We believe in transparent pricing and calculate our fees based on the estimated time, complexity and level of finishes required to deliver your project . After our initial meeting and project review, we’ll provide a tailored fee proposal for you.

We’ll visit your site to understand its unique context—studying the sunlight, access, views, vegetation, topography, and any existing structures. Most importantly, we’ll work closely with you to further refine the detailed brief that captures your lifestyle, spatial needs, and long-term dreams.

We often explore early ideas through loose layouts, hand sketches, site massing studies, and physical models. It's a playful, flexible stage designed to test scale and feasibility while remaining open to discovery.

This is where your vision starts to take shape. We translate our early explorations into a defined architectural concept, developing the spatial flow, material palette, light quality, and overall atmosphere of your future home.

To help you fully visualise the design, we’ll share high-quality concept drawings, immersive 3D walkthroughs, and atmospheric renders. We also start conversations with the council and begin preparing for a Planning Application if needed. If you haven't chosen a builder yet, this is a great time to bring one on board for early input on budget, constructability, and timelines.

We refine the project into a highly resolved design. We coordinate with any necessary external consultants (like structural or landscape engineers) and seamlessly integrate their work into the architecture. A Planning Application is submitted (if required) and we take care of all inquiries from council while keeping you updated on progress.

We’ll lock in key design decisions alongside you—from interiors and materials to windows, fittings, and joinery. You'll continue to see high-quality renderings and 3D walkthroughs so everyone shares the exact same vision. This stage is all about balancing beautiful design with practicality, ensuring the project is cohesive, buildable, and ready for preliminary pricing.

We take the lead on managing all consultant documentation, weaving every component into one clear, coordinated package. This step is crucial for accuracy, efficiency, and quality once we get to the building site.

These highly detailed documents are used for building permit approvals and are eventually issued for construction as well as tendering if a builder has not already been confirmed. We encourage open, regular communication with your nominated builder and their trades to ensure that what we draw translates perfectly into what can be built.

If you haven’t already partnered with a builder, we can help you find a suitable builder or manage a competitive tender process for you. We’ll issue the tender documentation, answer any questions from builders, review their submissions and provide advice.

Alternatively, we can help you negotiate a price with a preferred builder. Either way, our goal is to make sure your scope, budget, and design integrity are perfectly aligned before any contracts are signed.

During the construction phase, we can act as your independent advisor and representative on-site. We administer the building contract, conduct regular site visits, answer the builder’s questions, review shop drawings, and issue instructions as needed. This hands-on approach safeguards the quality of the design and ensures any unforeseen issues are handled smoothly and efficiently without addition stress for you.

We offer Integrated interior and joinery design that is developed alongside the architecture — including spatial planning, finishes, joinery, of all spaces along with options for bespoke lighting and furniture.
