Nestled in Scamander just steps from family on adjacent title, this intimate residence was thoughtfully designed for the client as a 'forever home,' seamlessly integrating aging-in-place principles. To maximize an modest budget, we embraced a compact footprint of 59m2 where every space serves multiple purposes. Despite its size, the home feels incredibly expansive thanks to soaring ceilings providing an abundance of controlled natural light. Strategically placed windows offer excellent privacy while framing beautiful garden views, and the use of low-maintenance, highly durable claddings, finishes and fixtures ensures the home will age gracefully for decades to come.
